WARNING: THERE IS A MAJOR SPOILER FOR BOOK 2 IN HERE. WELL, OK, NOT REALLY A SPOILER, MORE SOMETHING THAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN THAT WILL DRIVE YOU NUTS UNTIL I GET THIS BOOK RELEASED. I PLAN ON SAYING IT IN THE BOOK 2 BLURB, SO THIS IS MORE OF A BLURB SPOILER.

This week has got me BUSHED! And it didn't help that Ch21 was an emotional roller coaster. If Ch15-Ch16 was the grand reveal moment of Book 2, Ch21 is the emotional end of the second act. Really, this is my "No, I am your father," moment. Which I guess doesn't mean much in a long-form porny smut novel trilogy, but for me it was a big deal. I AGONIZED getting the wording right and I think I hit all the right beats so that Ch22 can end on a major note that sets everything in motion for the final act of Book 2. Cum Thursday night, I was so mentally and physically exhausted that I had to skip snuggles and went straight to bed.

Problem was, I didn't get a single wink all night! Grr, it was so frustrating being so tired and ALSO being wide awake. Laying in bed, not sleeping, spouse asleep next to me, around 2 am I got on my phone and started looking things up. Part of the routine is looking up how my vids on the Hub were doing, and...well...while I was there...

I won't go into all the messy, drippy details, but I will say that fingering quietly enough not to wake someone next to you, forcing your breathing to stay even instead of gasping for air, WHILE making sure your body motions don't ripply across the bed like an earthquake, creates an interesting level of climax. A climax, I might add, that only eventually came around 5 am. My underwear and crotch-pillowcase got thoroughly soaked and I had to drop them in the washer on my way out to work. Hope the citrus oil diffuser we have in the room covers up the smell. Unfortunately, still didn't get any sleep, so I hope dreamland claims me tonight.

I'm partway through Ch22, getting really close to the moment, and it has got me all kinds of wired (total words this week is around 7,000). Ch15 was so exciting to me because I finally got to get all the wives upgraded after edging for 100,000 words. What happens here is...well, it is the first major blow to the happiness of Honoka's family. I would even go so far as to say it will be heartbreaking. And before you perverts rage-quit on me, I'm an adamant fan of Happily Ever After when it comes to smut, but that doesn't mean I'm unwilling to poke you in the Feels before we get there.

Because before Book 2 ends, one of the wives will be dead.
